Rule 56
Obligations of the Conciliator
(1) The conciliator shall conduct the conciliation process in accordance with the prevailing law by following the code of conduct and guidelines issued for conciliators.
(2) If the conciliator feels that the conciliation cannot be completed within the time set by the court, he must inform the court of the matter.
